The Wharf is Expanding!

The Wharf, in Orange Beach, is currently undergoing major additions! Portside on Main is set to be complete sometime near Summer 2024, encompassing over 33,000 square feet of retail, office, and entertainment areas. Moreover, around 26,000 square feet will be dedicated to lush green spaces and open areas, incorporating an outdoor stage for various events. The ground level will host a variety of retail outlets, while the upper level will offer fully upgraded Class A office spaces spanning from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet each. This expansion is poised to accommodate 24 to 27 additional tenants within The Wharf premises. Having been in the works for the past two years, this project is on track to reach completion by the summer of 2024.
