Stonegate

Stonegate subdivision is located in between Foley and Gulf Shores, AL, but considered to be in Gulf Shores, AL just the Northern-most portion.  Stonegate Estates homes are also directly in between the Foley Beach Expressway, which has recently been connected all the way to I-10 (September 2014) and highway 59 – the main artery connecting the beaches to the Northern half of the county.  Residents in the Stonegate Estates subdivision will enjoy the convenient location to numerous local restaurants, shopping outlets and entertainment venues that reside in the Foley and Gulf Shores areas.  Stonegate Estates is approximately 10 – 15 minutes North of the public beaches and the Gulf Shores Hangout only about 10 minutes from downtown Foley, AL which has grown exponentially in the past decade with no signs of slowing.  This section of Baldwin County is full of golf courses also with seven championship golf courses within 25 minutes away from the homes in Stonegate.
